About
MCAD (Minneapolis College of Art & Design)
As a CE (continuous education) instructor I love developing and teaching a user experience curriculum that guides students through the various activities, methods, and approaches involved in each stage of UX design. It's incredibly rewarding to see my students grow and progress as they learn about UX foundations, discovery and secondary research, responsive resizing, design systems, and interactive prototyping for both desktop and mobile experiences.
Using Figma, I enjoy instructing students on how to apply design thinking and create human-centered designs in real-world digital product contexts. I also share effective strategies for organizing files and advancing design concepts throughout the design journey. Teaching allows me to give back to the community while staying informed about the latest trends and technologies that resonate with younger generations.
